What is Bakes on Mesh?

Bakes on Mesh is a feature to allow system avatar baked textures to be shown on mesh attachments. That means that textures such as skins, tattoos, cosmetics and clothing can be used on Mesh body parts that have been set up for Bakes on Mesh by creators.
