How To Make Goo Goo Gaa Gaa/Blue Highers On Sony Vegas Pro

How to make it:

1st: Channel Blend - RGB to BGR


(AudioFX)

Right click on the audio of your selected video, choose the lowest section "Properties" and then click on it.

Now the adjustments.

Click "Ok" to close the audio track properties.
