How To Fix A Stratocaster Volume Control With A Jim Dunlop Super Pot

How to fix a Stratocaster volume control when it is scratchy and cleaning won't do the job. I decided to fix the problem by replacing the volume control with a Jim Dunlop Super Pot. The Jim Dunlop Super Pot is far more expensive than regular volume pots, although I constantly use my volume control on my Stratocaster and promises of a scratchy-free life will be worth it.

I also recently purchased a new soldering iron as any time I attempt to fix electronics, a variable temperature soldering iron will make my life much easier.
