Downtown Aberdeen are a couple blocks Wil Russoul calls "The Alley". He began planting venues and establishing a music district alongside where many area artists are painting and beautifying buildings. A culture of art & music is rising up in Aberdeen.

Purple boxes were set out by Kristi Daniels and now this district helps to fund "Play It Forward" scholarships along with patrons donating instruments to be repurposed for aspiring musicians needing a kick start.

Out of charity and love has began a shift. Forget what you've heard or said about this city whose been kissed by the sea, instead join together and once again be a part of world changing effort.
