Nestled between Sector 3 and 5 of Gurugram, Ashok Vihar is an old establishment in the city. It enjoys seamless connectivity to industrial areas and employment hubs like Udyog Vihar and DLF Cybercity. In terms of real estate, you will majorly find affordable properties here, which is quite unheard of in Gurugram.

Ashok Vihar is divided into three phases, including Phase 1, 2, and Phase 3 Extension. These phases are further divided into various blocks.

Being an old locality of Gurugram, civic facilities in Ashok Vihar needs improvement. Some of the internal roads in the area are quite narrow, which leads to traffic congestion, especially during rush hours. Also, the locality lacks adequate parking space.
