Flonicamid discovered by ISK is being marketed by ICI with the name of Ulala in DF formulation in Pakistan. The active ingredient Flonicamid with different trade names is registered in more than 40 countries all over the world against aphid, Jassid, whitefly, bugs and thrips also.
It is a systemic and Translaminar insecticide with novel mode of action and long residual effect UpTo three weeks.
It should be sprayed @ 60-80 gram per acre for effective control of Jassid and whitefly adults especially.
It's doesn't posses knock down effect but causes feeding cessation within 30 minutes of ingestion.
