Coaching a New Resto Druid in M+

I'm interested in doing more VoD reviews for fellow resto druids looking to push to +20 keys, possibly hopping into discord together and discussing your runs or ways you could improve your UI. I started pushing keys in season one of Shadowlands, and I went from depleting 2s to timing 20s, so I believe I have some useful info to share. I'm also interested in learning from all of you.
