In Part 2 of this video series, Cynthia Allen shows you Simple and Quick Arms and Shoulder Tension Exercises through Feldenkrais in a lying position. You will need a mat for this exercise and small towel to support your head.

0:00 - Start
0:28 - You can have your feet standing (Optional).
2:22 - Choose your dominant arm -right or left arm.
2:33 - Begin to bring your chosen dominant arm up into the air and let it rest on the shoulder blade.
3:04 - Begin to reach towards the ceiling and then slowly lower back down.
3:58 - You can also bring your hand up to touch your collarbone
4:15 - Let your arm come back down and rest.
4:32 - Float your arm back into the air.
6:28 - Let your arm come back down and rest again.
6:33 - Let go of your legs for a moment to rest.
6:50 - Bring your feet back up to standing again.
6:55 - Float the arm into the air again in the opposite movement.
8:04 - Let your arm back down and rest.
