INGREDIENTS:
1/2kg of tiger Prawns
Medium bowl of chopped spinach
2 medium onion slices
salt to taste
2 tbsp of minced garlic
Oil 1/2 cup +2 tbsp for frying the prawns
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1+1/2 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp of coriander powder
1/2 tsp of chilli powder
Green chilli slices to taste
FOR MARINATE THE PRAWNS :
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp of curry powder
1 tbsp of mustard oil
Little amount of salt
