We went to Sweden for the day!
The main event was going to "Pulken Vattenriket" for bird watching: A huge number of Cranes gather here annually, before making their way further north. In September they make their way back south for winter, most of them to Spain. It was such an impressive and spectacular sight and we got to see close to 9.000 cranes on the day, as my video will show! After our birdwatching we went to the nearby town Åhus for lunch and stocked up on Swedish groceries, before heading home. Such a lovely day!
