Rearview mirror is held by one torx T15 screw. Remove that screw and then slide the mirror up to remove it from the metal mounting plate. When installing new mirror slide it back on onto the place and then install the screw to hold it in place. Make sure not to overtighten the screw as that might crack the glass.
