RULES CORRECTIONS:
At the end of a cycle, you ADD new alert cards to the remaining unused alert cards from the previous cycle.
You do not add +1 Voidborn fleet power to cycle 2 and cycle 3 skirmishes from a war card, only during the Voidborn Strike Back skirmishes at the end of the cycles.
