We SAVED A Declining OLD HEDGE, Satisfying Hedge Renovation

This old overgrown evergreen box honeysuckle (Lonicera nitida) formal hedge has been through a couple of major hedge renovations in the last few years, to try and revitalise it, after it was starting to struggle. We trimmed the sides off to start with, then last year we gave the top a hedge reduction, because of dieback and poor growth.
Now back to it this year and its doing amazing, its almost fully recovered, it has a lot of healthy green growth, which is a great sign. It was probably a bit overgrown for hedge trimming, at the time, but we get it all neatened up.
No hard pruning on this backyard hedge this year, so there are still a few areas which need work. This Formal hedge should thicken up nicely with regular trimming throughout the year.
Using a single sided and double sided battery hedge trimmer for this work.
