How it works, how to take it apart and clean it, how to re-assemble. This review is after almost 2 years of constant use.


**AFter about 2 1/2 years of use, something has changed that makes the water much more noisy than it was before. No amount of adjusting it, or cleaning/descaling helps. I'm beginning to think that literally the plastic is wearing out, and causing turbidity in the flow. Not sure I can figure it out, but since I have to have a quiet place, I'm switching over to another model that claims to be quieter.**

The brush kit is available online and on Amazon.
The Fountain is generally available at your local big box pet store, or online at Amazon.
The replacement filters, same thing. I recommend you use the GENUINE ones, some of the aftermarket ones don't work as well.
