Tava pulao:
For chilli garlic paste:
Around 10 cloves of garlic, peeled
Around 10 Kashmiri red chillies (depends on how spicy the chillies are) + water for soaking

For the recipe:
2 tbsp oil + butter
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/3 cup green peas
1 boiled potato, roughly chopped
1/3 cup capsicum, finely chopped
2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
salt
2 bowls of rice, cooked
coriander leaves
