From 15 to 25 September , we embarked on a remarkable South America tour, performing in four countries: Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, and Chile. Acclaimed violinist Janine Jansen joined us as the soloist in Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons, adding her extraordinary talent to each performance. This tour featured a rich and varied program, blending contemporary and classical works, and included special outreach events such as masterclasses and performances for students.

The program The Four Seasons began with Thomas Adès' Shanty - Over the Sea, followed by William Walton's Sonata for Strings. After that, Janine Jansen joined us, and we performed Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons.

The tour kicked off on September 15 in São Paulo, at the completely renovated Teatro Cultura Artística, where we gave four concerts.
We held a masterclass for students. All the students were teenagers with a love for music. They were given insights into life as a musician and had the opportunity to ask their own questions.
Our next stop was Montevideo, Uruguay, where we performed in the beautiful Teatro Solís. The audience reception was heartwarming, and we had the pleasure of meeting local musicians and music enthusiasts.

Following Uruguay, we traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and performed at the stunning Teatro Colón, where we also met our guests and donors.
The daily newspaper La Nación gave our performance at Teatro Colón four stars. "A Vivaldi as passionate as it is controversial," headlined the newspaper.

The last country of the tour was Chile, where at Viña Santa Rita, we first welcomed three hundred schoolchildren to the small church among the vines. There, we performed a part of The Four Seasons and introduced them to the different sections of the orchestra.
In the evening, we performed our final concert of the tour in the same small church at the vineyard.
