Jaclyn cosmetics skin perfecting blurring tint and concealer UK review

It finally arrived! So i got my hands on the ‪@Jaclynhill1‬ skin blurring foundation thing!
It seems she will be coming out with actual foundations soon too so i thing this is their version of a tinted moisturiser with blurring properties.
Is it a good foundation for dry skin?
Is it suitable as a base for foundation?
is it a tinted moisturiser?
Is it for dry skin?
I have to say after trying it, i know that i'm going to use it again, its a great light weight every day type of product. I'll be trying it out on holiday later this year too. The concealer is nice, its similar to shape tape so a little goes a long way and it needs to be blended out relatively quickly.
