In this series of clips and pictures we follow Chris, family and friends as they extend the little farm railway to build a turning loop at one end of the line. This doubles the length of the run. You see preparation of the track bed, making the sleepers, curving and drilling the rails and testing the finished track with a run up and down the full length of the railway, riding on the buffer beam of Bongo. Bongo (or Fiery Fox in the books) is the miniature steam locomotive, made by Chris Vine, Author of the Peter's Railway series of books.
