I spaced 24ft fans, 50ft on this tentative layout.
Ideally, for lactating cows, keep the 24ft fans not more than 50ft center to center.
For heifers and dry cows you can go less.
The easiest way to find exact spacing is to divide the barn length by the number of fan you suggest. However 4ft truss spacing often dictates the exact distance between fans.
