Plain or all purpose flour 300 g (2 cups)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Vegetable oil 7 ml (1/2 tbsp)

2 eggs (optional)
Salt 1 g (1/8 tsp) (optional)
Green onion 10 g (optional)

Vegetable oil for frying
