Описание к видео 9600 BC? Atlantis, Plato, and a Timeline Problem | Hancock & Carlson Response

Graham Hancock and Randall Carlson recently discussed Atlantis, the Azores, and ancient cataclysms. And while I respect both for challenging the standard model, there’s a point in their argument where a few assumptions quietly steer the conclusion further than the evidence allows.

This video is not a takedown. It’s a methodological breakdown.

Using Plato’s Timaeus and Critias, I examine what the Atlantis account actually says, and just as importantly, what it does not say, about chronology, Egyptian sacred registers, transmission, and catastrophe cycles.

Tagging ‪@grahamhancock‬ and ‪@TheRandallCarlson‬ to add this video to the ongoing Atlantis discussion. No hostility intended, and I’m open to corrections if I’ve misunderstood or misframed any part of your argument.

Tagging ‪@BrothersOfTheSerpent‬ as well, since you’ve discussed similar material and often engage with Randall. Curious to hear your thoughts.

Topics covered include:

-The difference between correlation and causation in dating Atlantis

-Meltwater Pulse 1B and why coincidence alone isn’t proof

-Solar years vs lunar months, and why neither reading settles the issue

-What Plato’s text implies (and doesn’t imply) about Egyptian record depth

-Why references to a “most ancient” Deluge may point to multiple flood traditions

-The role of oral transmission, translation, and memory in the Atlantis narrative

Rather than arguing for a single date, this video asks a simpler question:
What does the evidence actually allow us to conclude?

If you’re interested in Atlantis, ancient civilizations, catastrophism, Egyptian history, or applying careful methodology to controversial topics, this breakdown is for you.
