As an entry-level sublimation printing machine, HERCULES operates with a water-based dye-sublimation ink infrastructure and offers a 4-color configuration.

It reaches printing speeds of up to 97 m²/hour; depending on production needs, it also provides different speed/resolution modes such as 66, 51, and 34 m²/hour.

It operates with two i3200 printheads, and the printing resolution can go up to 720×1,800 dpi. With a 3200-nozzle structure, the I3200 printhead supports producing droplets as small as 2.5pl and is designed to achieve high-resolution printing.

Designed for high productivity, the take-up system supports winding up to 200 meters and tolerates up to 10 mm deviation on both sides. The dual-sided drying system is designed to support drying performance and print quality at high speeds.

The suction-type capping station is configured to help unclog nozzles easily and effectively. The continuous ink supply system (semi-cartridge) is designed to provide maintenance convenience while contributing to long-term cost savings.
