Written by Benny Goodman, James Mundy, and Charlie Christian, the tune also became a musical vehicle for Ella Fitzgerald's scat singing prowess. This 2017 performance at Bass Hall in Fort Worth, Texas features saxophone soloist Sgt. Major Andrew Layton and Master Sgt. (retired) Mike Johnston on flugelhorn.
