CONDENSER WONT START | HVAC | Carrier unit DOA due to REPTILE DAMAGE

In today’s video, I go out to a call where the customer is letting us know that the condenser won’t start. Upon initial inspection, checked all the typical fail points, such as float, switch, and capacitor. Check the voltage coming into the board, but no voltage was present leaving the board and sending voltage back to the Condenser contactor. Was rained out and couldn’t finish the video and show start up, but it was completed a lizard got behind the defrost control board and shorted it out.
