Master Flex : The most flexible clamping system ever seen in woodworking!

Master Flex is the newest Bacci 5 axis router with fixed gantry , 2 independent moving tables , automatic tool changer.

The FLEX working tables , designed by Bacci, are made by solid aluminum rails with carriages Each carriage can be equipped with pneumatic clamps or vacuum cups. Each rail and each carriage is fully motorized in all directions with super fast positioning.

Clamping system can be easily with fast connection

The head type T2F has 2 HSK spindles for automatic tool changing.

This feature allows to change 2 tools in the same cycle and therefore the tool changing time (per tool) is shorter compared with a standard tool changing made with a working head with 1 HSK spindle only.
