Waterfall Krcic maybe sounds small but it's actually a magnificent and strong 22 meters high waterfall and with it the river Krčić falls into river Krka.
It's a ten minute drive from the center of Knin. It is also called Veliki Buk or Topoljski buk.
From autumn to spring, Krčić is anything but Krčić - he crashes into river Krka with all his might, and in winter he greets visitors like a fairy tale in snow and ice crystals.
On the other hand, during the heat and dry weather in summer, the waterfall dries up and leaves green and white rocks beneath it that look as if they have been melted.
At the bottom is another beautiful sight: a blue emerald spring, crystal clear water through which you can see every stone at the bottom
It is also associated with a beautiful legend about a fortress that stood on a hill next to it and defended the bridge. He says the bridge will be rebuilt when people stop fighting each other. Then the waterfall will stop drying up, and the water will flow non-stop.
