I'm back guys! Its been a few weeks and now I'm back on the road exploring through the Catskill Mountains to places I haven't been to. One of the places I decided to stop at was Cobleskill NY. Its a small town/city outside of Scholarie County. Its also a college town because there is a college that lies there. Its pretty laid back, chill etc... I stopped at a diner for lunch, very good food. Please note, this is part 1 of my journey. Part 2 of my road adventures will be up in a few days!
