Purandhare's Unshakeable Faith In Baba | Sai Baba's Divine Leelas

This is the 53rd Leela in the series. In this clip, Vinny Ma tells us about Purandhare whose faith in Baba was so immense and unshakeable that he had laid his ‘Tan- Mann- Dhan’ at Baba’s feet.
Mrs. Purandhare delivered a baby boy with difficulty and after delivery, she fell extremely ill. The doctor advised hospitalisation, but Purandhare had full faith in Baba, “If Baba wishes to save her, she will be saved here without any treatment. If she is not to be saved, admission to any hospital will be futile.” That night Baba appeared before them and applied hot Udi on Mrs. Purandhare's forehead following which she recovered. A few months later, the child was taken to Shirdi and placed at Baba’s feet and Baba blessed him.
Vinny Ma relates how Purandhare was pining for Baba’s Darshan and went to Shirdi to learn that both Baba and Radha Krishna Mai were very ill. He saw Baba was very weak but still going for his Bhiksha rounds and to Lendi Baug, and he offered to carry Him around. He also tended to Radha Krishna Mai, following Baba's instructions on the medicine to be given to her. His devotion to Baba was immense, his God was Sai, and as Baba Himself said, "He has been intoxicated and mad with love and devotion for Me."
