You'll Learn:

Bonus Tips:
If your dough tears while folding, pause and rest it for 5–10 minutes before continuing. If it’s extremely gassy, gently degas it first, then proceed with smaller folds. When in doubt, a light dusting of flour and a short bench rest go a long way.
