How to Remove Only 1st Comma in Excel
Removing comma in excel could become tiresome if you have thousands of data. What if you need to remove only the first comma and keep the rest of it? Today we’ll learn how to remove comma in excel with a custom function.
To create a custom function to remove trailing commas in excel follow the below procedure.

Step 1: Click on the Developer tab (How to Add Developer Tab in Excel:    • How to add developer tab in excel  )
Step 2: Click on Visual Basic (Learn VBA Programming: http://bit.ly/excelvbacourse)
Step 3: Click "Insert" and then "Module"
Step 4: Write the code (Please subscribe and here goes the code:   / 35946391  )
Step 5: Close the VBE
Step 6: Right =RemoveFirstComma() and within parenthesis write the cell no. from where you need to remove comma.
Step 7: Press Enter and done
In this way you can remove comma in excel using Function. In this tutorial i simply used the substitute function inside the vba and created a new custom function to remove comma in excel.
