Deck Tech 4 no 1:Mono Brown Mines

This is one of the decks I've made for a made up format I enjoy that uses the rules of magic as they were in March of 1994. It's more of a thought experiment than a typical deck tech but if you have a couple friends and a sharpie or a printer, you could certainly test it out for yourself.
