GX85 / GX80 Hack: Add Cinelike D and Cinelike V hidden profiles

Panasonic's Lumix GX85 / GX80 originally had CineD and CineV profiles, but were removed before shipping to sell more high end cameras like GH4 and GH5. Here's how to hack your camera to include the hidden profiles, and the footage should match that coming out of a GH5.
