I found more than I thought about this small little town of about 2900 people mostly of Geramn and Portuguese decent. Colchester Beach is nearby which is Incorporated Community sharing rhe postal code of Harrow and is part of Town of Essex Ontario in Windsor Essex County.
This Town had last remaining Residential School in Canada which was closed in 1960.
Hiram Walker Made Harrow Famous because he built the rail tracks from from Harrow to Windsor to transport his Agricultural Products to Windsor for his world Famous Walker Whisky in Windsor Ontario.
Now the Tracks are closed after 100 yeara in operation since 1990, and replaced with Chrysler Canada Greenway Trans Canada Trail.

Harrow is Fourth Ward of Town of Essex and have one Councillor.
Population about 2900 people and about 1100 Homes.
