American Idols Simon Cowell is putting to rest speculation that Kara DioGuardis days are numbered as a judge on the FOX reality show along with revealing that rocker Adam Lambert should take home the Idol crown.

All these contestants have signed up for our show and its the most important thing in their life and all were talking about is whether were going to be on the show or not, he said of reports that Kara could be leaving after just one season.
