In this Part 2 Interview Advocate Pa . Mohan shares the Gokulraj murder case: Ten convicts in the murder of Dalit youth Gokulraj in Namakkal district in June 2015, who were awarded life imprisonment 'until death,' moved the Madras high court challenging the conviction and sentence imposed on them by a special court in Madurai earlier this month.
On Monday, a division bench of Justices R Subramanian and N Sathish Kumar directed the Namakkal CB-CID officials to file counter and adjourned the case to April 11.
