I have prepared this Super Delicious Gobi Manchurian Recipe in Cosori AirFryer.

1 tsp paprika powder or Kashmiri red chilli powder
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
6 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)

Manchurian Sauce Preparation
2 tsp oil
4 chopped garlic
1 inch chopped ginger
3 green chillies
1 med onion
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
2 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
