If you are not tech savvy the Apple Mac selection process is confusing. I am a loyal Apple customer. I’ve been with Apple since the very first iPhone series. I’ve been in the Market for an Apple iMac for at least five years. I wanted an iMac and the dilemma then was also not knowing which one would give me the best bang for my buck, because I didn’t need it I wasn’t hard pressed about making the purchase. Fast forward to this year, I was having problems with my MacBook Pro 13 intel so at this point I needed something and never once did I consider going outside the Apple family. Trying to get the best iMac for my needs without breaking the bank was bananas. Searching on the internet/youtube was very confusing because the tech savvy influencers couldn’t make up their mind on what selections were best… I would watch entire videos only to still be confused. I did not want to talk to sales personnel because they always seem to get customers to buy more than they actually need. I eventually had to read between the lines in order to make a decision that would fit my needs. Unfortunately, I did not get what I wanted and that was the aesthetically pleasing iMac in the color pink or yellow with the right specs for me. I settled for the Space Black MacBook Pro M3 14in with what I think may be right for me. This process was very daunting and stressful. Apple I hope that in the future you all will make the selection process better for those of us who are not familiar enough with the ins and outs of technology. I would like to suggest that you have a guide available on your website on how to make the right selections for individual needs. Not only will it increase your sales by bringing in the people who run out and buy a Chromebook and etc. because its inexpensive, it will forward you an opportunity to show people why they should invest in Apple products. Right now the selection process feels like Mean Girls.
Purchasing Apple products should not feel like a manual labor process. Please help us by making the process of purchasing Apple products an enjoyable experience.
