⛳ 🏌 Ecstatic golf fans lined up hours before sunrise Friday to get into the Ryder Cup.

The excitement was building well before the 3:45 a.m. gate opening. "USA! USA!" the crowd cheered as they filed into Bethpage Black Golf Course in Farmingdale.

Fans came from across Long Island—and from around the country and overseas—to witness one of the biggest competitions in golf, which pits the best pro golfers from the U.S. against the best from Europe over three days.

Many in the crowd said they were excited to see President Trump, who was set attend the competition on Friday.
