Properly Vintage! 1920's Hoover 725 Unboxing. How dangerous is it?

A fellow collector and friend asked me if I would take delivery of this if he bought it on ebay and check over how safe it might be. This is a Vintage Hoover. An actual, Vintage, 100+ year old Hoover with VIR wiring which has a reputation nowadays. Let's be the first people to Have a Look probably longer than I've been alive!
