President George II CB Radio Review SSB Tests At 50 Miles

Welcome to the M0OGY Radio and Antenna Review Channel

In this video Mark 26TM575 drives up the hills to the Nature Reserve of Ashover Rock in Derbyshire.
This is a distance of 50 miles as the crow flies.

There is a second video which will be uploaded to my Youtube channel of Mark's side of the contact.

Mark is using a vintage Cobra 148 GTL DX transceiver and a homebrew wire Gainmaster style antenna on a pole.
I really want to thank Mark for making the effort to drive to the location and operate portable to aid the President George II CB Radio review.
