My Family's Sunday Rhythm and Activities

It can be hard for Christian families to know what to do to "keep the Sabbath Day holy" without it becoming a day that children dread. Sunday should be our Lord's day, a day different from other days, but still a day to look forward to. I'm still experimenting and making changes as my kids grow and develop, but here are a few things we do as a family on the Sabbath day:

Attend church
Walk in nature (or watch a nature documentary)
Make music together
Read aloud books and poetry
Family council
Family history
