this is how I cleaned my sticking SCV valve in Mazda 6 diesel.
the laboratory power supply was used for the voltage control with output 5v and for controlling the valve opening I reduced the current of the power supply. Resistance of the valve should be 2.2Ohm at 20C - workshop manual.
Getting it out?    • Fix Mazda 6 stalling - replace SCV in...  

I replaced the valve before cleaning so I had this part for playing around. I wish I would have tried to fix it first.
