Last year was one of the most transformative years of my life because I treated life as an experiment. So, I'm doing the same thing again this year: no goals, just trying different experiments.

If you are a perfectionist like me, you know how difficult it is to actually pursue the things we want. We think about the outcome, the judgment from others, the things that could go wrong...etc. But when I treated my life as an experiment, all of that pressure went away.
