I am sharing the recipe of Sindhi Style Aloo Gobi with less oil just the way it has always been made at my grandmother’s place and later at our place by Mom. I have learned this recipe from my Mom.

मैं सिंधी स्टाइल आलू गोभी की रेसिपी कम तेल में शेयर कर रही हूँ | ठीक वैसे ही जैसे इसे हमेशा मेरी दादी के यहाँ और बाद में माँ द्वारा हमारे घर पर बनाया जाता है। यह रेसिपी मैंने अपनी माँ से सीखी है।

HOW TO WASH VEGETABLES USING BAKING SODA:
Use 14 grams baking soda per litre of water. Soak fresh produce in this solution for 5 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.

●Fill a large bowl with water.
●Then add a teaspoon of baking soda.
●Add the veggies.
●Soak for a minute or two.
●Scrub with a brush.
●And finally, rinse off the veggies.

बेकिंग सोडा से सब्जियों को कैसे धोएं:
प्रति लीटर पानी में 14 ग्राम बेकिंग सोडा का प्रयोग करें। ताजा उपज को इस घोल में 5 मिनट के लिए भिगो दें और फिर ठंडे पानी से धो लें।

●एक बड़े कटोरे में पानी भर लें।
●फिर उसमें एक चम्मच बेकिंग सोडा मिलाएं।
●सब्जियां डालें।
●एक या दो मिनट के लिए भिगो दें।
●ब्रश से स्क्रब करें।
●और अंत में सब्जियों को धो लें।
