We got our first plants in the ground! This is the beginning of growing our own food this year, and we are super excited to finally get the gardening season started. Ultimately, we will be adding mulch to all of the beds, but we simply ran out of time to source and apply mulch this weekend. A project (and video) for another day... And we're pretty sure the butterfly we saw is a Pipevine Swallowtail. We had not seen it around before, but it was flying around the garden and pasture the entire time we were planting.
