After my last attempt being an massive failure, I wanted to revisit this recipe as it tastes absolutely amazing!

Find the ingredients and method below:

Ingredients
140g salted butter
140g caster sugar
2 large eggs
140g self-raising flour
1 tspn baking powder
2 ripe bananas
80g Nutella

Cheesecake
250 mascarpone cheese
165g cream cheese
160g Nutella
25g caster sugar
35g double cream

Toppings
40g hazelnuts
Gold leaf (compulsory)

Method
Cream the soften butter and sugar together until fluffy
Add the beaten eggs
Add some of the flour until combined
Fold in the remain flour and baking powder
Pour into a lined loaf tin
Bake at 175c for 30-40 minutes
Remove and leaver to cool
Once cooled, create little pockets and pipe or spoon in the nutella
For the cheesecake, mix all ingredients together until smooth
Pipe or spoon onto the cooled loaf
Top with toasted crushed hazelnuts and serve
