Frozen Blueberries 100g

Butter 140g (½ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Sugar 175g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)
2 Eggs (medium size)
Plain Flour 200g (1 ⅓ cups)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Milk 80ml (⅓ cup)
Lemon juice 30ml (2 tablespoons)
Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
Lemon extract ½ teaspoon (optional)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

Lemon Icing drip:
Powdered Sugar 50g (¼ cup)
Milk 1-2 tablespoons

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 21x11x6 cm (2 Lb)

Bake in a preheated oven at 180c (356f) for 45-55 minutes
