The 30th anniversary of the iconic race featured defending champions Keegan Swenson, and Sofia Gomez Villafañe along with potential challengers John Gaston, Melisa Rollins, Erin Huck, Haley Smith, Michaela Thompson, and Cole Paton. Joining these elite mountain bikers are more than 1600 amateur riders tackling the "Race Across the Sky" in the high-altitude terrain of Leadville, CO.
