A reading of God-Shaped Hole, a short/novella-length work by Zero HP Lovecraft. I’m posting this story on this channel because it’s important for people in the business of digital intimacy to understand the implications of the future we are complicit in building. While there are fantastical elements of this story, and it’s not meant to be predictive in a literal sense, it is fundamentally a story about the commercialization of intimacy and the radical and corrupting influence of the productization of human sexuality, and I think it’s an essential read- or in this case, a listen- for everyone in this line of work.
