We Weren't Sure About This!! Brought Home 3 Horses after 8 years unworked!

PLEASE READ: These horses haven't been worked with for around 8 years. They have spent their time together out to pasture with very little interraction. We have been taking time throughout the summer to come and make contact with them and attempt to interact closely with them. They have been very shy and wanting to maintain distance. We weren't sure if they would ever come around and be rideable or not. We needed to get them loaded up from thier pasture and brought home to our ranch before winter set in so that we could take care of them and try to get them back to a rideable state. We were so plesantly surprised to see the change in thier behavior as soon as we got halters on them. Suddenly they seemed like they wanted to be handled and maybe even were craving the interaction.
